Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the future of Agentic AI systems? As a Lead Agentic AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our Agentic Centre of Excellence, which is dedicated to centralizing knowledge and delivering innovative Agentic use cases. With the CoE being in its initial setup phase, you'll have the unique opportunity to develop processes, build frameworks, and establish methods that drive cutting-edge AI solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and deliver Agentic AI use cases from concept to production-grade solutions.
• Test and evaluate diverse AI service providers to identify the best fit for our needs.
• Collect and centralize learnings from various use cases to create accessible knowledge resources.
• Design and standardize templates for delivery, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Set up outreach channels to share insights and promote the adoption of Agentic AI frameworks.
• Conduct experiments and assessments on open-source solutions to inform future platform strategies.

• Experience setting up processes and steering teams effectively.
