Are you an analytical thinker with a passion for translating business needs into clear functional requirements? As a Product Manager / Business Analyst in the FEC TM team, you play a key role in shaping, optimizing and implementing the Transaction Monitoring Alert Handling process. You serve as the vital link between business and IT, working closely with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, define functional system requirements and processes, and drive continuous improvement.

• Analyze business processes and translate them into structured functional requirements for workflow system Pega.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather insights.
• Write user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform user acceptance tests, provide demos and ensure the changes roll out into production.
• Validate that the implemented solutions meet business needs, request feedback from users.
• Prioritize features and improvements based on risk, value, and feasibility.
• Ensure alignment with compliance, risk appetite, and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Process Management, Industrial Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager, preferably in FEC Transaction Monitoring.
• Experience with workflow systems, ideally Pega.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Understanding of Agile WoW and Lean methodologies.

• A salary, depending on experience, between € 9.400 and €10.700 based on a 40-hour work week.
