De functie

We are looking for a very experienced Product Manager to join their Global Data Platform team, part of Tribe Global Data & Analytics Platform. In this role, you will manage products and services in two squads that provide essential services for our Global Data Platform. The role demands a strong focus on high availability, close attention to security, and excellent user experience.

Your key duties include:

• Leading and providing vision and direction to your empowered squads;
• Clear prioritization of backlog for each squad;
• Providing quarterly area planning input;
• Contributing to strategic planning for the global data platform;
• Collaboration with other teams working on the Global Data & Analytics Platform ecosystem;
• Managing key stakeholders and users of services;
• Creating a high standard of excellence in operations with high platform availability, low incident rates, and well-maintained security;
• Achieving high user satisfaction scores;

Dit breng jij mee

• University education;
• Knowledge of Airflow orchestration or other at-scale orchestration technology;
• Significant experience in data platform/warehousing;
• Knowledge of data management and data governance;
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and security;
• 10+ years of experience in IT, Data, and Cloud;
• Experience in managing multiple product teams;
• Strong communication skills in English;

• A salary between € 8.500 and € 9.100 per month, depending on experience, based on a 40-hour work week.
