Do you have a passion for leveraging innovation to transform processes? As a Product Owner for Credit Report, you will play a pivotal role in reshaping credit report generation using advanced AI-powered solutions. In this exciting role, you will lead a team within a new program aimed at designing groundbreaking tools to facilitate and improve credit reporting processes in the Rural domain. You will also work closely with stakeholders across Australia, New Zealand, and headquarters in Utrecht, ensuring the best results are delivered.

This is what you will be doing:

• Define the product vision in cooperation with business experts, tech teams, and the AI Impact Lab.
• Lead the development process through all stages, from idea inception to delivery and usage.
• Ensure the product adheres to AI governance frameworks, including high standards of quality and compliance.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including teams in the RANZ region and Utrecht, as well as the AI Value Office and Data Analytics Office.
• Prioritize product features based on customer value, strategic objectives, and technical feasibility considerations.

We are looking for a creative professional with substantial experience in product development and a drive for innovation. Do you meet the following requirements?

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or a comparable role in an agile environment.
• A Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge and interest in AI/GenAI applications and data-driven solutions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with governance and stage-gate processes is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English is essential. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• Experience in the banking sector and familiarity with Agile practices are preferred.
